Registration may be done by email, phone or mail. Let us know which course you would like to attend, and on what date, and give us a way of contacting you. Email: info@dragonflypaddling.com Phone: (519) 442-5471 Mail: Dragonfly Paddling, 60 William Street, Paris, Ontario, N3L 1L5 Registration (either by email, phone or mail) and payment (cash, certified cheque, or a credit card number) must be received 14 days before the course date to reserve a spot in the course. Payment may be made by cash, certified cheque, Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Some courses fill up quickly, so we recommend you reserve your spot as soon as you know the date on which you wish to attend. Medical and Waiver forms must be completed and signed for each participant. These forms must be received by Dragonfly Paddling prior to the course. Registration forms are only needed if registering by mail. Payment and Cancellation Policy Course must be booked and payment must be received 14 days prior to the course date to reserve a spot in the course. If payment is not received 14 days prior to the course, the reservation will be considered cancelled. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course will receive a full refund. The course will run regardless of weather, unless conditions are deemed unsafe by Dragonfly Paddling. No refunds will be granted within 14 days of the course starting date, or if the participant fails to show up for the course. Full payment will be refunded if the course is cancelled by Dragonfly Paddling due to hazardous weather.
