Special Course
Our two-hour beginner Safe Canoeing course in July of 2007 was dedicated to our fellow global citizens who find themselves in unfortunate circumstances. All proceeds from this day's course was donated directly to Doctors Without Borders to assist them in their work with people needing emergency medical care in many different countries. Many thanks to those who participated in this successful fund-raiser. This year's Safe Canoeing course devoted to Doctors Without Borders will be held on the 5th of July, 2008. We hope to have lots of people sign up for this fund-raising course, to demonstrate their appreciation for our good fortune in being able to enjoy our wonderful outdoors, while helping others.
